You can sign contracts electronically, regardless of time and place

Our customers now have the opportunity to sign contracts regardless of time and place without physical contact. We have introduced an electronic signature service to make it easier for our customers to sign contracts. All you have to do is agree on an electronic signature with our customer representative, accept the signature invitation, and sign the agreement according to the instructions that come with it.

Electronic signatures are as legally valid in the EU as signatures made in the traditional way (eIDAS Regulation, No. 910/2014). It's also easy and fast - you get an invitation to sign either by text message or email, whichever works best for you.

At present, we mainly use the service of Sopimustieto Oy in our Finnish operations and the DocuSign service in the operations of our other operating countries.
