Lauttis constructed on Lauttasaarentie consists of a shopping centre, the three residential buildings located above it (called Treffi, Keula and Nuoli), as well as an underground parking facility. The shopping centre opened in time for Christmas in 2016, and the last of the apartments were completed in summer 2017.

The unique homes of Wanha Mylly, Kuopio, are situated in the port of Kuopio and have been built in a mill quarter that is over 150 years old.

In Vilnius Old Town, there is a small island called Užupis Republic which reminds of Montmartre in Paris. The complex of three „Užupis etude“ houses harmoniously blends into the architectural space of the island.

Merenkulkijanranta in Lauttasaari is a one-of-a-kind residential area that is situated by the sea and, partially, on top of the sea. At the shore, the buttressed buildings extend over the sea. The area brings an architecturally significant element to the maritime, urban landscape of Helsinki.

We built new homes on Lönnrotinkatu in the heart of Helsinki. The prestigious property, well over a century old, was modernised and many details were restored.
