We renovated the property at Aleksanterinkatu 13 into modern office premises.
We renovated the property at Aleksanterinkatu 13 for Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company as a project management contract.
The building’s shop premises were converted into modern business, office and conference premises. The project encompasses about 12,000 gross m2. The energy efficiency index of the property was reduced by 30%.
The work started in late 2022 and the project was completed in spring 2024. LEED Gold environmental certification will be sought for the building.
