Keilaniemenranta area development

Keilaniemenranta in Espoo is growing into a major service centre in Finland.

Keilaniemenranta is a lively and diverse neighbourhood in Espoo, close to the sea. A daycare centre, restaurants and cafes, fitness and wellness services, a grocery store and many other everyday services are planned in the area.

The bustling city life, the sea views and the beautiful nature make this area a unique place to live.

Keilaniemenranta also meets the demands of working life: it offers modern and adaptable office space, stunning landscapes and a metro connection right up to the front door of the office. The terminus of the Jokeri Light Rail, currently under construction, will also be located in the area.

Accountor Tower has been renovated and the project marked the launch of a larger Keilaniemenranta project, in which Regenero Oy, a joint venture by YIT and HGR Property Partners, will turn the area into a lively neighbourhood. The area has a central square with pavilions, restaurants and playgrounds. Two residential buildings will be erected on the beachfront boulevard. There is also a grocery store and other everyday services in the podium of the tower, with a scenic restaurant upstairs.

The lower Keilalampi building on the same plot of land has also been renovated during 2020.
