Lifecycle project Kastelli in City of Oulu

The Kastelli community centre includes facilities for around 1,500 children and youth. The management and maintenance of the building, user services and modernisation investments during the service agreement will be our responsibility for the 25-year service period.

This project of the City of Oulu comprised the design of community centre Kastelli, demolition of the buildings on site and the construction of the community centre.

The management and maintenance of the building, user services and modernisation investments during the service agreement are our responsibility for the 25-year service period. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 86 million.

The Kastelli community centre includes facilities for around 1,500 children and youth. The community centre houses a day-care centre, morning and afternoon care, a comprehensive school, a high school, a senior secondary school for adults, a library, a youth centre, an auditorium and extensive exercise facilities.
