Ranta-Tampella, Tampere
The hybrid stadium combines a full-sized football field and residential buildings in a cozy neighbourhood.
The Tammela Stadium project, which was awarded the Finlandia Price for Architecture 2024, was implemented as an integrated project together with the City of Tampere. The project included a football stadium, five residential buildings, commercial premises, as well as parking lots.
We implemented the shopping centre, parking and auxiliary facilities located on the basement level of the stadium, as well as three residential buildings with a total of 137 apartments and commercial premises.
The apartments in the highest building in the block, Tampereen Ylärima, offer a view over the football field.
The project was completed in November 2023.
