Kupittaan kärki Partnership Project, Turku
The new H Building is a smart hospital building with modern, high-quality facilities and the capabilities for utilising future technology. Customer-oriented and cost-efficient lifecycle have been the guiding criteria for design.
The H Building is an alliance project carried out by the Bothnia High 5 alliance comprised of YIT, Ramboll Finland, Raami Architects, Kontukoski Architects, Granlund Pohjanmaa and the Vaasa Hospital District.
The size of the project is approx. 37 000 sqm.
The design and planning phase of the project started in 2017. The implementation phase consists of the construction period and a five-year warranty period, which starts when the building is put into use.
The new building will be put into use in 2022.
