Tiilitie Logistics, logistics property, Vantaa

Tiilitie Logistics is located near Helsinki Airport and consists of two separate real estate companies, Tiilitie Logistics East and Tiilitie Logistics West, which have approximately 27,000 m² of storage, production and office space. The project was completed in two phases.

Tiilitie Logistics East is the first LEED certified logistics building in Finland and also a Nordic pioneer. The main factors for obtaining the certificate include the building’s energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, such as its location along good public connections as well as rainwater and service water management solutions. Tiilitie Logistics West has also been awarded a Silver-level LEED certificate.
